Das Fruehstueck ist ausgewogen und fuer mich sehr gut. auch der Service generell sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Als ich eine Wasserflasche am nächsten Tag nachordern wollte, fand ich den Preis mit 7,50 EUR etwas überzogen. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Wir hatten zunächst Probleme beim einchecken, weil die am Thresen beschäftigte Dame unsere Reservierung nicht finden konnte. Dies gelang dann mit Hilfe einer sehr qualifizierten und freundlichen Beschäftigten

Keep in mind that the area around Frankfurt's central station is noisy and dirty, with many homeless people living on the streets.
